CAAB non executive director Andrew Slatter has been appointed Head of Agribusiness Asia for ANZ Bank. His responsibilities cover China, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong and SE Asia. CAAB congratulates Andrew on his new and greater responsibilities. However Andrew will be based in Singapore. As a result Andrew has reluctantly resigned from the Boards of the CAAB companies effective 19 August 2011. CAAB thanks Andrew for his valuable input and wishes him success in his new role. We are pleased that Mr Keith Roberts has accepted an invitation to join the Boards of the CAAB companies. Keith has wide management experience in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors with particular experience and skills in corporate governance and strategic development. He is well known to the AA Board from his work in the recent governance review.
